Notes- Valid forms for use in age verification for the athlete:
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Driver's license
- Government ID
- If an athlete's name is on this list then they have already been age verified.
- Age verification is required if the athlete wishes to compete in a USATF-sponsored event and the athlete's name is not on this list.
- Age verification is done by the USATF GA Association.
- A scanned, emailed image of the verification document is fine. It must be legible.
- A 2011 membership is required. The Spirit coaching staff will renew the athlete's USATF membership if a 2011 membership does not exist.
- Coach Matthew has already received a number of birth certificates with the registration packets. An age-verified USATF membership is only created if the athlete is going to compete in the USATF competitions.
